Visibility at work is critical. It impacts an employee’s performance, promotion opportunities and networking success. It can also enhance an employee’s perceived value and highlight their potential.
Due to differences in business culture and being a second language English speaker, Chinese professionals have challenges in building up their soft skills to show visibility at the right place and time.
We are excited to invite a multilingual communication expert, Kerianne Kudo Panos (帕凯莉), to provide a coaching session on improving your visibility at work to our alumni network.
She will share with us the techniques she has developed for the hundreds of international professionals she has coached and trained. Her talk will cover 3 key topics: 1) finding opportunities to highlight your value to others, 2) useful phrases and logic techniques to emphasize your achievements and your potential, and 3) valuable question techniques that highlight your ability to influence and persuade. She will mix high-level overviews of each topic with practical, real-life examples and interactive exercises.

- Participants: Chinese professionals (>3 years of experience working in English-speaking countries)
- Format: 1.5hr online session
- Time: Mid March (Details will be provided after signup)
- Agenda: Interactive Workshop, followed by Q&A and/or selected coaching
Depending on the number of people who have signed up, we may host multiple sessions based on the audience’s background and ideal group size.
